Look up Virtual Desktop, that will let you connect the Quest to your PC wirelessly and play any PC VR game through Steam VR on the Quest. If you don't have a good Wifi network though then you can use a USB C cable to physically connect to the PC and play it that way, Oculus sells a very overpriced cable for it but you don't need to buy that one
